The welcome reception and guided tour will take place on Tuesday evening, at the beautiful setting of the Old City Hall. On Wednesday evening, the conference dinner will be served at the Conference Centre Louis de Geer.

Welcome Reception at the Old City Hall
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy one of Sweden’s best preserved luxury salons from the 19th century. The Old City Hall of Norrköping is a fine example of late Gustavian neoclassicism, with high cultural and historical values. It is a protected building, and is rarely used – only for special representational events.
During the reception, a representative of the City will welcome us to Norrköping, and refreshments will be served.

City Tour
Guided City Tour on October 23rd at approximately 19.00 starting from the Old City Hall. After the reception, there will be an opportunity to get to know the beautiful city of Norrköping a bit better. Take a guided tour through one of Norrköping's unique neighborhoods - the Industrial landscape. Here you will experience a city of transformation, where history meets the future. There will be two tours offered, one in English and one in Swedish. Please sign up for the tour at the reception desk when arriving at the conference venue.
Wednesday October 24
Conference dinner at Conference Centre Louis de Geer, at 19.00.
The Conference dinner will take place at the Conference Centre Louis de Geer. The cost for the three-course meal is SEK 625 (incl VAT) per person. The spectacular setting of the dinner hall allows a view over the waterfalls of Motala Ström and the historical Industrial Landscape of Norrköping. To sign up for the dinner, please indicate this when submitting your registration form.
